Baimtec's Composite Engineering Division is specializing in the research and production of polymer matrix composite produced by filament winding technology, which has the advantage of seamless structure, high straightness, accurate dimension, more shape design flexibility and high automation.

With the filament winding technology, Baimtec is very strong at producing tube shaped composites. The main products include arrow shaft, golf shaft, ski pole, badminton racket shaft, detachable microphone holder, mountain stick and bicycle fork column.

Baimtec is equipped with two sets of winding machines and the auxiliary facilities including shape simulating grinding machines, automatic painting machines, continuously cure oven, which assure a large production capability.

All the products will undergo a full line of quality control process to test the straightness, diameter, frequency , torque and mechanical properties.
